Warehouse Manager

S/he will be responsible for the day-to-day management of one of the PALAM/A Project Warehouses as well as a team of up to 3 direct reports. S/he will receive, safely store and dispatch commodity based on program requirements. The Warehouse Manager will be accountable for all commodity stocks under his/her control based on accepted commodity management (CM) best-practices, and assist with the coordination of commodity transportation via third party vendors. Lastly, s/he will be responsible for accurate commodity reporting including loss reporting as per donor/SC policies.

In the event of a humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly.
