Lead Manufacturing Production Technician

HWI has a fantastic opportunity to join our Production Team as a Lead Manufacturing Production Technician. This is a challenging role in which you will coordinate and lead the daily workflow of Manufacturing Production Technicians, prioritize employee safety, perform hands-on production tasks, manage shift scheduling, ensure SOP and quality standards are met, and collaborate with Maintenance to optimize production and minimize downtime.
