Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation and schedule of the preschool in accordance with diocesan, state, and licensing guidelines.
- Lead, and support teaching staff through coaching, evaluation, and professional development � ensuring adherence to diocesan safe environment standards.
- Close communication and support from the leadership team including Pastor, Principal and Business Manager
- Manage enrollment, staff schedules, and compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. This includes maintaining all student and staff files.
- Ensure a developmentally appropriate and faith-integrated curriculum is provided.
- Foster positive relationships with all staff, parents, and children through communication, conferences, and community-building events
- Conduct school tours, when necessary
- Assist in overseeing enrollment and application process for Center for Early Learning Pre-school through Kindergarten
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, Child Development, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in early childhood education, including administrative or leadership role
- Organized and detail-oriented, especially regarding licensing and compliance with all state licensing regulations
- Passion for early childhood education
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills and work ethic compatible with the culture of a Roman Catholic faith.
- Strong technical skills
- Ability to lead with professionalism, warmth, and integrity.
- Ability to adapt effectively to the changing needs and challenges of students and staff.
- A practicing Catholic
Salary Range: $43,000 - $48,000
