Part-Time Maintenance Worker

Custer School District | Location: Hermosa School Status: Open until filled | Start Date: Immediately

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary: $21.75 / hour
• Hours: 20 hours / week (12 months / year)
• Schedule: Flexible

 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain school buildings and premises.
• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles.
• Operate heavy equipment, including a skid-steer loader and a snowplow.
• Utilize skills in welding, plumbing, and small engine repair.
• Assist with school activities and snow removal when necessary.
• Must have regular attendance.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position.

Requirements & Physical Demands

• Experience: Background/experience in welding, plumbing, and small engine repair.
• Physical Strength: Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs. daily.
• Mobility: Must be able to climb ladders and work in small, confined spaces.
