As our operations continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and driven Body Shop Collision Manager to lead collision center operations and help continue building a high-quality repair environment focused on efficiency, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
About the Position
The Body Shop Collision Center Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of collision center operations, including repair production, team leadership, customer satisfaction, insurance coordination, workflow efficiency, and department profitability.
This role requires a strong operational leader who can manage production flow, maintain repair quality standards, support staff development, and ensure customers receive a professional and transparent repair experience.
Key Responsibilities
● Oversee daily collision center operations and repair workflow
● Manage production schedules, repair timelines, and vehicle delivery expectations
● Lead, coach, and support body shop staff and technicians
● Ensure repairs meet dealership and manufacturer quality standards
● Communicate with insurance companies, estimators, vendors, and customers throughout the repair process
● Monitor department profitability, labor performance, and operational efficiency
● Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalated repair situations
● Ensure equipment, tools, and facility operations remain safe and properly maintained
● Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies
● Support a positive, professional, and performance-driven work environment
Qualifications
● Previous collision center or body shop management experience preferred
● Strong knowledge of collision repair operations and insurance procedures
● Leadership and team management experience required
● Strong communication and organizational skills
● Ability to manage workflow and perform in a fast-paced environment
● Experience with estimating software and repair management systems preferred
● Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
● Valid driver’s license required
Compensation
$70,000 – $115,000 annually based on experience and performance
Schedule
● Full-time position
● Schedule based on operational business needs
