Caregiver

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers in Milan, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help with mobility and transportation to appointments or errands if needed 
• Monitor and report clients’ conditions and any changes to healthcare professionals
• Ensure a safe and clean living environment for clients
• Assist with medication reminders as needed
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with family members and medical staff

Requirements

• Previous caregiver or healthcare experience is a plus
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license/ Id card and reliable transportation preferred
