Customer Service Representative – Collision Center
Join the team at White Family Collision Center as a full-time Customer Service Representative and become the first point of contact for our customers. We’re looking for someone who is organized, professional, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate department
- Schedule collision estimates and repair appointments
- Greet and assist customers in person
- Check customers in for:
- Estimates
- Scheduled repairs
- Vehicle pickups
- Manage daily repair scheduling flow
- Coordinate rental vehicles as needed
- Create repair folders and maintain customer paperwork
- Ensure repair authorizations and required documents are completed
- Make follow-up calls for appointments, parts verification, and estimate conversions
- Collect payments and required signatures at vehicle delivery
- Complete nightly deposit procedures
- Maintain a clean, welcoming front office and waiting area
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable working with phones, scheduling, and paperwork
- Previous customer service, receptionist, dealership, or collision center experience preferred but not required
