Schedule: Shifts Vary | Monday-Friday 7am-6pm | Every 4th Saturday 7am-5pm.
Pay: Uncapped Commission | $85,000-$150,000 earning potential!

Our Chapman Chevrolet location in Tempe is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Service Department team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them understand their vehicle maintenance and repair needs while ensuring a positive and professional service experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, confirm, and prepare for customer service appointments
- Determine vehicle service needs based on customer feedback, inspections, and vehicle mileage
- Create repair orders including service recommendations, cost estimates, and completion timelines
- Communicate regularly with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and follow up regarding service satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and provide exceptional customer service throughout each interaction
Qualifications
- Previous automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience required
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Dependable, punctual, and professional with strong attendance habits
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
