Schedule: Shifts Vary | Monday-Friday 7am-6pm | Rotating Saturdays 7am-5pm
Pay: Uncapped Commission | $78,000+ earning potential

Our Chapman Chevrolet location in Tempe is currently seeking an Express Service Advisor to join our Service Department team. In this role, you will educate customers on the importance of routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, recommend services, and provide updates throughout the service process to ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, confirm, and prepare for customer service appointments
- Determine vehicle maintenance and repair needs based on customer feedback, inspections, and mileage
- Create repair orders including service recommendations, cost estimates, and timelines
- Obtain customer authorization for recommended services and collect payment
- Communicate regularly with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely service completion
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and follow up regarding service satisfaction
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience required
- Previous automotive service advisor or service writer experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
