About The Role This position blends nursing knowledge with family education, advocacy, and collaborative planning. You will support children, youth, and families involved with Child Welfare, including those present in the agency for appointments, services, transitions, or coordinated supports. This is community- and agency-based work focused on whole-family well-being.
