Job Description

  • You will respond to service calls to assess and restore the performance of installed systems and equipment, both during installation and in post-installation operational phases
  • You will participate in equipment installation, trial runs, testing, repairs, and overhauls of both parcel and postal logistics systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards
  • You will assist in training customers on the operation, care, and preventive maintenance of installed equipment and systems.
  • You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tools, test equipment, and installed systems, documenting all inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, and failures
  • You will recommend modifications or improvements to enhance system functionality, reliability, and efficiency
  • You will support performance evaluations of installed systems based on field data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
  • You will identify technical issues as they occur and take appropriate, timely actions to resolve them safely and effectively
  • You will collaborate with project management, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project delivery and sustained system performance
