Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with increasing responsibility and complexity in automation, parcel, warehouse, or related industries; willingness to travel up to 50% as required
Proficiency in project scheduling tools and ERP/project management systems, with strong project planning and execution capabilities
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously, including large-scale projects (>$10M) or several small to mid-sized projects (>$1M)
You have experience coordinating subcontractors and managing vendors to support successful project delivery
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and produce clear, concise documentation and status reports
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail, including prioritizing tasks, tracking deliverables, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring quality outcomes
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in complex environments; experience working with cross-functional or international teams preferred
