Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Contract Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across sales, leadership, and operational functions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strategic recruiter with a strong sense of urgency, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to attract high-performing talent in competitive markets.
The ideal candidate brings extensive recruiting experience with strong exposure to sales and leadership hiring, experience supporting fast-paced operational environments, and hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered recruiting tools and technologies.
 
Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of positions, including sales, operations, leadership, and corporate roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and organizational goals.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in competitive markets.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for leadership, sales, and hard-to-fill operational positions.
  • Conduct intake meetings, candidate screenings, behavioral interviews, and compensation discussions.
  • Drive an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
  • Utilize AI-driven recruiting platforms, sourcing tools, and automation technologies to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics, pipeline health, time-to-fill, and hiring trends to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent marketing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company hiring policies.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on succession planning and talent acquisition strategy.
  • Maintain accurate and organized applicant tracking system (ATS) records.
Qualifications
Required
  • 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition and recruiting experience.
  • Proven experience recruiting for sales, leadership, and operational roles.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Prior recruiting experience within distribution, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Strong full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • Experience using AI-powered recruiting tools, sourcing platforms, and talent analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Experience supporting multi-site or nationwide recruiting initiatives.
  • Experience recruiting within B2B sales organizations.
  • SHRM, AIRS, or related recruiting certifications.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
This position may require over 40 hours per week and includes regular physical activity such as:
  • Regular use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and video conferencing tools.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
  • Occasional standing, walking, or movement within an office environment may be required.
  • Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, hiring events, or company functions.
