Job Description
Lead end-to-end Coupa projects (design, configuration, testing, deployment) Configure and support Coupa modules such as: Procurement Invoicing Sourcing Contracts Expenses Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions Work closely with business stakeholders, procurement, finance, and IT teams Design and manage integrations with ERP systems (NetSuite) Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation Support UAT, training, and post-go-live support Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance Prepare documentation (BRD, FSD, test cases, SOPs) Stay updated with Coupa releases and enhancements Familiar with Coupa-Celigo integration and troubleshooting issues NetSuite Knowledge is an added advantage
