The Senior Pricing Analyst at BAE Systems Space and Mission Systems (SMS) involves building the costing & pricing for proposals to our customer for products that consistently involve cutting edge technologies. The Finance Strategic Capabilities Unit delivers the expertise and business acumen to increase value across the enterprise by providing actionable information with recommendations and opportunities to drive sustainable business growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the dedicated financial resource for proposal teams.
- Be responsible for all aspects of costing & pricing in support of customer proposals.
- Review customer RFP’s.
- Structure/organize pricing structure to align with the customer request
- Pull historical actuals for use in building BOE’s (basis of estimate).
- Review all matter of financial data that would help to build a quality proposal package.
- Draft and present PowerPoint slides in support of the financials for proposal opportunities.
- Prepare financial data packages for RFP/TINA compliance (as needed).
- Other finance-related tasks related to new business acquisition.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site three or more days each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.

- Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor.
