
Client Account Manager Specialist
Job Description
• act as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to their demands with agility and efficiency
• manage all operational and administrative account processes, including the organization and maintenance of client documentation and Know Your Client (KYC)
• coordinate closely with stakeholders to align client requests and ensure the delivery of exceptional service quality
