The person has to be based in Verona. The assigned area is: provinces of Venezia, Verona, Modena, Vicenza, Treviso and Padova.
The contract is through a temp agency (agenzia di somministrazione).
Role Overview
The Trade Advocacy Specialist is responsible for achieving KPIs related to building relationships with On-Trade outlets, driving volume rotation through brand activations, menu placement and training for our focus brands. They will act as the key field contact for the Sales team across the full brand portfolio.
Within the assigned area, they will coordinate and support the customer in the execution of qualitative and consistent Brand Experiences to consumers in brand-fit venues. This includes running Brand Education for both Bartenders and Wholesalers (WHS) and providing consultancy on drink list creation to position our portfolio brands as the first choice. Additionally, they will contribute to executing WHS Trade Events and Trade Fairs within their geographical area.
As the Trade Advocacy Specialist, they must possess strong spirits, product knowledge and mixology skills, leveraging existing trade relationships to act as an expert among professionals.
They will manage the assigned tools to hit both qualitative and quantitative objectives, ensuring proper performance monitoring and evaluation. Daily routines and strategic direction will be supported and driven by the Trade Advocacy Manager.
Building Relations & Advocacy
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders by delivering value-added visits, providing brand training, and offering drink list consultancy to outlet crews.
Support online communication via social media (following pre-established guidelines and formats) and participate in Trade Fairs within the assigned area to engage professionals and build advocacy.
Use strong interpersonal skills to trigger enthusiasm for the brands, conducting frequent staff training for bartenders at the outlet level and showcasing drink strategies through moments of convivialité.
Brand Education, Bartender Programs, Incentive & Activations
Organize and implement Brand Activations and Bartender Programs for the prioritary brands in PRI from Premium to Super Premium portfolio in line with brand positioning and the overall commercial strategy. Provide a consistent consumer experience to enhance engagement and build brand loyalty, while driving tasting and "liquid-to-lips" opportunities.
Support contracted outlets and potential customers through portfolio assortment presentations, staff training, drink list building/consultancy, and New Product Development (NPD) presentations.
Business generation
Contribute to business growth within the assigned territory by partnering closely with the Sales team. They will leverage educational sessions, brand activations, bartender incentives, programs and drink list consultancy to generate indirect orders increasing point-of-sale distribution and volume rotation.
Evaluation & Analysis
Evaluate sell-out activities and implemented experiences, optimizing them based on evidence and feedback.
Proactively share field feedback during periodic meetings to optimize activation levers.
Reporting
Provide a daily recap of all activities to the manager via company tools, ensuring continuous KPI monitoring.
Compensation
The compensation range is 29.300€ - 35.800€ plus 5% bonus and benefits.
