Marketing Intern - Content & Communications

Compensation: $20.00 / hour
Description
This is an onsite internship role expected to work at least 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Create large volumes of professional marketing content for:
- LinkedIn company pages
- External communications
- Sales representatives and recruiting teams
- Templates, presentations, and branded collateral
- Design graphics, social posts, carousels, short-form copy, presentations, and visual assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other digital asset platforms
- Maintain and apply brand standards across multiple business lines, ensuring a cohesive look and voice
- Turn ideas and requests into polished deliverables quickly and professionally
- Support content planning, organization, and production workflows
- Collaborate with leadership and business teams to translate concepts into compelling communications
- Contribute ideas for improving how we communicate internally and externally
Education and Experience:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Creative and highly organized
- Fast, responsive, and execution-oriented
- Professional in communication and presentation
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for design and branding
- Interested in marketing, communications, branding, media, or content creation
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media content creation
- Experience creating presentations, graphics, or short-form content
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with teams
