Develop facility capability to fabricate standard & custom hardware applications.
Coordinates incoming and outgoing fabricated orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and special hardware requirements with the Facility Take-Off Technician.
Review fabrication schedule & resources with Lead Fabricator Daily
Communicate and release fabrication shop packets to lead fabricator to execute on timely basis.
Communicate daily status and confirm completion dates to provide coordination with Warehouse/Shipping Supervisor.
Process orders for special/custom hardware.
Audit quality of work performed to verify conformance to specifications.
Directs work force and administer compliance of policies, procedures, and work standards.
Interprets specifications, templates, and job orders for workforce.
Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules and productivity goals.
Supervise inventory control factors for accuracy/cycle targeted requirement levels.
Achieving and maintaining housekeeping standards in plant, conducive to a safe & orderly work environment.
Maintains compliance with all company safety procedures and guidelines.
Maintains equipment conditions to levels required for process efficiency & safety.
