You act as the central point of contact for all logistics-related topics, internally and externally
You handle complaints and returns, clarify issues in SAP, and initiate improvement measures where necessary
You review and process invoices from logistics service providers
You prepare export declarations and serve as the contact person for all customs-related matters, including Intrastat reporting
You organize pick-up orders and issue long-term supplier declarations
You regularly prepare reports, such as the monthly scrap report
You participate in international projects aimed at the continuous improvement of our supply chain processes
