Administrative Assistant - Senior Living

Broadway Proper Senior Living is seeking a warm, organized, and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our senior living community located in East Tucson. This position is perfect for an individual who takes pride in supporting a dynamic team, delivering outstanding customer service, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for residents, their families, and visitors alike.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk and receptionist operations with professionalism and efficiency
- Greet residents, visitors, and vendors warmly and courteously
- Promptly answer and professionally direct incoming phone calls
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Team
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions in collaboration with the Business Office Manager (BOM) or Assistant Executive Director (AED)
- Maintain well-organized records and support office operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff
- Promote a positive and professional office environment that reflects the community’s values
Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative or receptionist roles is preferred
- Familiarity with Accounts Payable/Receivable and bookkeeping support is advantageous
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office suite and general technology use
- Experience managing multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, team-centered mindset
