  • Review and monitor the performance of the Lead Design Consultant and specialist design consultants.

  • Oversee the development, coordination, review, and approval of all design deliverables.

  • Ensure integration and coordination across all disciplines including architecture, structures, MEP, ICT, security systems, fire and life safety, venue technology, landscape, and infrastructure.

  • Manage design interfaces between multiple consultants, stakeholders, contractors, operators, and authorities.

  • Coordinate stadium-specific systems including spectator facilities, hospitality areas, VIP zones, athlete facilities, media and broadcast facilities, venue technology systems, crowd circulation, and support infrastructure.

  • Monitor design progress against approved schedules and identify mitigation measures for potential delays.

  • Manage design risks, technical queries, design changes, and interface issues.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, authority requirements, and project specifications.

  • Support procurement activities through the review of technical submissions, tender documentation, and contractor proposals.

  • Coordinate design support during construction, testing & commissioning, operational readiness, and handover phases.

  • Prepare design reports, technical assessments, executive summaries, and project presentations.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

  • Master's Degree preferred.

  • Chartered Engineer, Professional Engineer, or equivalent professional accreditation preferred.

  • Membership in a recognized professional institution is desirable.

  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience in design management, technical management, engineering, or project delivery.

  • Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary design teams on large and complex developments.

  • Experience serving as the primary interface between Clients, Lead Design Consultants, and project delivery teams.

  • Strong understanding of architectural, structural, MEP, ICT, security, venue technology, infrastructure, and specialist systems integration.

  • Proven experience coordinating complex technical interfaces throughout design and construction stages.

  • Experience in the delivery of stadiums, arenas, sports venues, airports, convention centres, entertainment venues, or similarly complex public-use developments.

  • Strong understanding of stadium planning, spectator experience, crowd flow, hospitality operations, venue technology, media requirements, and operational readiness.

  • Strong knowledge of design review processes, value engineering, constructability reviews, and technical assurance procedures.

  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
