Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a Data & AI Solutions Specialist to help design and implement intelligent reporting solutions built around Power BI and AI-driven automation tools.
The goal is to move beyond traditional dashboards and develop systems capable of:
• automatically extracting and processing business data using Power BI
• generating dynamic reports and insights
• enabling AI-powered querying of key business metrics
You will play a key role in identifying and integrating modern AI solutions (plugins, APIs, agents, or Microsoft ecosystem tools) that enhance our current Power BI reporting environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Review the existing Power BI environment and reporting structure
Assess available AI-powered solutions, plugins and integrations that can enhance reporting capabilities
Recommend and implement tools capable of analysing business data and automatically generating reports and insights
Integrate AI assistants, copilots or natural language querying solutions with Power BI datasets
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
Configure and optimize AI-driven reporting workflows
Train end users on the new reporting capabilities
Provide ongoing recommendations to improve reporting automation and business intelligence processes
Profile :
Proven experience with Power BI environments
Strong knowledge of AI-powered analytics and reporting tools
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI or similar technologies
Experience implementing AI solutions within business intelligence environments
Ability to translate business reporting needs into automated solutions
Excellent communication and consulting skills
Is a plus :
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
Experience with AI tools (LLMs, APIs, chatbots, data agents)
Background in automation or advanced analytics projects
