We are seeking bilingual Relationship Executives (1 English/French + 1 English/Chinese) to join our Toronto team in a permanent, onsite role, working five days per week. To support our HNW and premium clients across global market hours, this position may require a flexible schedule, including rotating evening and/or weekend shifts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned HNW and premium clients through regular calls, meetings, and proactive check-ins.
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for client inquiries, service needs, platform support, and execution-related requests in a non-advisory, execution-only capacity.
- Develop a strong understanding of client objectives, trading behaviours, account structures, and activity levels to deliver a tailored client experience.
- Respond to client needs promptly and professionally, ensuring a seamless experience across onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Proactively identify and help resolve client issues in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Drive retention, revenue growth, and wallet share across an assigned premium client book.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, referral, and reactivation opportunities within the existing book.
- Develop and execute targeted engagement plans to increase client activity, deepen relationships, and reduce attrition risk.
- Monitor client activity trends and intervene early where engagement drops or retention risk is identified.
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and follow through on commercial actions that support book growth.
- Provide high-quality execution support, including phone dealing and platform-related assistance, in accordance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Educate clients on platform features, order types, and risk-control tools to improve the client experience and encourage deeper engagement.
- Maintain strong knowledge of global financial markets and relevant asset classes to support execution-only client conversations.
- Generate business through networking, referrals, and relationship-led business development.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to support premium segment initiatives, onboarding, and client outreach.
- Work closely with Trading, Business Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Marketing to deliver a seamless client experience and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure all client interactions and outreach are conducted within a non-advisory framework and in line with CIRO, CSA, CASL, PIPEDA, and AML/ATF requirements.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions, opportunities, and activity.
- Track and report on key performance indicators including retention, revenue growth, client activity, and pipeline progression.
- Share client feedback and market insights to support continuous improvement in service, product, and platform experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in derivatives and/or financial sales within a regulated dealer environment, ideally across CFDs, FX, equities, indices, or options.
- Demonstrated success in premium client relationship management and B2C and/or B2B business development.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment with resilience and strong commercial instincts.
- Flexibility and willingness to work a non-standard schedule, including evenings and weekends, to support global market activity and client needs.
- Strong knowledge of global financial markets and asset classes, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numeracy skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and confidently.
- Strong phone presence, interpersonal skills, organization, and time management.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to execute client instructions accurately, including phone dealing where applicable, in accordance with CIRO rules and firm procedures.
- Familiarity with platform support, execution workflows, and communicating effectively with dealers and internal stakeholders.
- CIRO proficiency, including the CIRE and Derivatives Exam, is preferred, or willingness and ability to obtain the required qualifications within a defined timeframe.
- Working knowledge of KYC, KYP, and Suitability requirements, and how they apply in an execution-only environment, is considered an asset
