
IT Supplier Relationship Manager
Job Description
Position Responsibilities: Responsible for the development, maintenance, and adoption of the IT SRM governance framework (e.g., segmentation, cadence, RACI, standards, templates, and tools) across IT and applicable suppliers Support supplier lifecycle management activities (onboarding, changes, renewals, and exits), including defining requirements, decision points, and success criteria, in coordination with internal stakeholders Lead performance governance (e.g., SLAs/XLAs, KPIs, scorecards, and QBRs), including monitoring performance, identifying issues, facilitating escalations as appropriate, and supporting corrective action plans Support commercial and contract management activities in partnership with Procurement and Legal (e.g., negotiation support, renewal planning, obligation tracking, change control, and dispute/escalation processes) Support supplier value realization and financial oversight, as applicable (e.g., cost transparency, budget/forecast considerations, and consumption/unit economics), and identify optimization opportunities Coordinate third-party risk and compliance activities with IT Risk/Security, including due diligence, periodic reviews, remediation tracking, and documentation, in accordance with applicable policies and standards Other projects or duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field with 4 to 6 years of experience in IT vendor management/supplier relationship OR High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 7 to 9 plus years of experience in IT vendor management/supplier relationship Working knowledge of key IT platforms and disciplines, with the ability to translate operational, commercial, and technical considerations into business recommendations. Demonstrated executive communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels. Demonstrated success leading in matrixed environments and operating effectively amid ambiguity and change. Demonstrated results orientation and customer focus, with a commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement. Ability to facilitate discussions and deliver clear, structured presentations. Experience designing, implementing, and maturing supplier/vendor management models aligned to evolving business needs. Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree (e.g. Information Technology, Business Administration, etc.) Proven experience implementing AI and/or automation solutions that streamline processes and procedures, improve data quality and reporting, and deliver measurable efficiency gains, including: GenAI prompting and prompt playbooks (QBR summaries, exec briefs, escalations, supplier comms) AI-assisted RFP analysis and contract review (extract terms/obligations; compare clauses) Supplier performance and risk analytics (trends, early warnings, mitigations) Workflow automation for SRM (intake, approvals, evidence, reminders, action tracking) KPI design and automated scorecards/dashboards (QBR and governance reporting) Evaluate/pilot AI-enabled tools; drive adoption and change management AI-supported knowledge management (templates, playbooks, FAQs) Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
