Maintenance Specialist

A Maintenance Specialist will complete repairs and installations of equipment and facilities to maintain a safe and functional living environment. This will include patching drywall, painting, repairing doors/windows, moving furniture, picking up litter, snow removal, and other tasks to keep the facilities functioning. The specialist will also be responsible for completing plumbing or electrical tasks depending on their skills and training.
