Rehabilitation Aide

Under the oversight of the Therapy Supervisor or Center Director and the direction and guidance of the Physical or Occupational Therapist, Tthe Rehabilitation Aide is responsible for assisting with participant treatments, daily maintenance of the rehabilitation department, home visits and ordering and maintaining supplies and equipment.    Participant Care - 50% - Transports and prepares participant for treatment, in addition to providing other support services. - Applies and monitors hot/cold packs and paraffin as assigned by the therapist. - Monitors vital signs of participants and reports abnormal signs to supervising therapist immediately. - Assists with ambulation, transfers and mobility per specific plan of...
