How you’ll make an impact in this role
- • Directed daily practice operations, serving as a liaison between physicians, staff, and clinical and administrative departments to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality patient care.
- • Collaborated with physician leadership to develop and implement growth strategies, business plans, and operational initiatives that supported organizational and financial objectives.
- • Managed staffing, recruitment, scheduling, payroll, performance management, and employee relations to maintain adequate coverage, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
- • Oversaw budgeting, billing and collections, regulatory compliance, contracts, vendor relationships, and physician compensation support to optimize financial performance and compliance.
- • Coordinated patient care services and monitored patient flow, quality outcomes, and service delivery to enhance patient satisfaction and improve practice efficiency.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative
leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
What additional preferences we're seeking
Prior Healthcare leadership experience required.
Clinical experience preferred.
Responsible for urgent cares open 7 days per week.
