Job Responsibilities:
1. Ability to coordinate the ADAS team interanl and arrange work activity correctly and respectively.
2. Ability to be the interface to stakeholder teams, e.g: Stying, chassis, HMI/UIUE, EEA,etc.
3. Ability to support Manager to analyze some potential project technical requirement
4. Ability to have good communication with customer, team internal, stakeholder teams, etc.
5. Ability to have the management for the sub team.and mitigate the risk or confilct in projects.
6. Very rich knowledge for the MSDS/FOPD/FRS etc process internal.
7. Ability to adapt the rapid ADAS technical iterative update in china.
8. Ability to balance work and life and control the stress from project.
9. Ability to prepare report and present to customer and project lead with good expression.
10. Ability to recognize and analyze the risks and issues in advance in project.
11. Ability to prioritize project tasks and meet tight deadlines.
12. Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and with external stakeholders.
13. Other reasonable tasks assigned by your manager/authorized person.
