Quality Systems & Continuous Improvement Engineer

The Quality Systems & Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and sustainment of the site’s Quality Management System (QMS) while driving Continuous Improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance. This role also holds responsibility for developing, maintaining, and improving Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs to ensure a safe and compliant workplace. You will work cross functionally with Operations, Engineering, Service, and other teams to strengthen processes, resolve issues, and build a culture of quality and operational excellence. Position will be required to work on-site Monday-Friday at our Richmond, BC manufacturing facility.
