AVP, Actuary – US Fin Sol Pricing

This role supports the pricing of Financial Solutions (“Fin Sol”) transactions for life products. A successful person in this role will be curious, agile, and demonstrate accountability while utilizing their deep understanding of life (re)insurance product development/pricing. This role requires skill in assumption setting, understands how to interpret pricing output and ensure that it is accurate, takes responsibility to ensure profit goals have been met, and ensures all risks have been considered. A core responsibility includes independently owning major pricing workstreams, including AXIS/Prophet model development, assumption development, and analysis of cash flows/returns, and transaction analysis, with escalation to senior leadership, as appropriate.
