VP – Cruise Business Planning and Operations

The role is responsible for driving the overall strategic direction, operational excellence, and cruise ports development for the company. Oversee the planning, development, management, and execution of AD Ports Group Cruise business operations.. Direct the planning of cruise activities locally and globally, monitor the assigned KPIs and enforce high customer service level among stakeholders.
