Senior Financial Analyst – M&A, Projects and Funding

The candidate within this role will be reporting to the Senior Manager (SM) and supporting them with regards various analysis, financial modeling, credit rating management and analysis, M&A, asset monetization and selective project financing activities of the company. The projects that will be handled include buy / sell side evaluation, greenfield / brownfield projects in ports, economic zones, logistics and maritime, establishment of partnerships / JVs, asset monetization, M&A, project financing, alternate sources and capital markets (debt and equity), capital structuring, credit rating etc. etc.
