Plant Supply Chain Manager

Act as a key member of the Leadership Team for the designed site, providing business support and strategic direction. Ensure organization, resources , people development and training are in place to run & improve the departments performance. Set & Achieve target declarations for both the office and the logistic team. Develop and continuously improve the plan and execution of material and information flow by utilizing efficient processes and available capacities and resources in order to meet customer demand, enhance material flow and optimize inventory. Ensure compliance to policies, standards, and governance of supply chain processes (including DES). Execute divisional supply chain strategy.
