Kitchen Equipment Specialist

Responsible for providing maintenance, service, and repair for commercial cooking equipment (i.e., grills, fryers, ovens) throughout the resort. Performs day to day specialize in preventative maintenance of systems, equipment, surfaces, and structures under the responsibility of Engineering. In addition, ensure work is performed to the company and department standards. Prioritizes and responds promptly and efficiently to any maintenance calls that arise from any guest or department.
