Job Description
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the R&D Line Operation team
- Plan, control, and optimize R&D line operations considering resources, Q-times, and priorities
- Ensure timely production of R&D lots and fulfillment of internal and external prototyping requests
- Align closely with R&D Line Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and production departments
- Coordinate preventive maintenance planning and execution with maintenance teams
- Manage R&D projects with responsibility for budget, resources, timelines, and results
- Represent AT&S toward customers, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure protection of intellectual property and freedom-to-operate for developed technologies
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in R&D, ideally with leadership or project management responsibility
- Strong background in process engineering within IC-Substrate, IC-Packaging, Assembly, or similar industries
- Solid knowledge of quality and data analysis tools (SPC, DOE, FMEA, MSA, JMP, Minitab)
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and set clear priorities
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with an open-minded mindset
- Fluent in spoken and written English (German is an advantage)
- Willingness to travel
