Apply 6S and Lean principles to standardize processes and reduce work‑in‑progress
Ensure full compliance with EHS, foreign material prevention and all personnel & product protection standards
Support the introduction and optimization of the MES system
Monitor KPIs, perform audits and initiate corrective actions when needed
Maintain clear, consistent production documentation (e.g., shift handover checklists)
Coordinate closely with internal partners regarding production status, maintenance requirements, and run rates
Hiring production operators from diverse educational backgrounds and ensuring they receive effective, structured onboarding and technical training.
Promoting best‑practice technical training standards in a complex, fast‑changing international production environment
