Job Description

  • Lead and manage a team of Account managers to achieve annual revenue, profitability, and strategic growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with Singtel Business Segment business priorities and enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Drive new business acquisition, customer retention, and account expansion across enterprise and strategic customer portfolios.
  • Establish and execute market penetration strategies to strengthen Singtel’s market leadership position.
  • Drive achievement of sales KPIs, pipeline growth, forecasting accuracy, and business performance targets.
  • Oversee sales governance processes including pipeline reviews, forecasting, business planning, and performance management.
