General Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer requests, orders, complaints, billing, and inquiries
  • Enter and update accurately customer information, orders, and any relevant information for record-keeping
  • Follow standard procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service
  • Provide quick, friendly, and accurate support for sales inquiries and periodic walk-in customers
  • Identify solutions proactively and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, escalate to relevant stakeholders, and ensure timely follow-ups
