Job Description
General Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer requests, orders, complaints, billing, and inquiries
- Enter and update accurately customer information, orders, and any relevant information for record-keeping
- Follow standard procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service
- Provide quick, friendly, and accurate support for sales inquiries and periodic walk-in customers
- Identify solutions proactively and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, escalate to relevant stakeholders, and ensure timely follow-ups
