Work with the Intermediary Sales, Asia team to develop new business opportunities and actively service Janus Henderson’s existing book of business in Greater China, with a primary focus on retail distribution channels
Proactively engage with Chinese clients to drive communications, identify marketing and sales initiatives, and provide timely market updates and insights in Chinese.
Deliver client presentations in Mandarin and English
Oversight the localization of presentations and reports
Identify industry trends and turn them into business opportunities.
Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel regularly within Greater China
Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Client Servicing, Fund Operations, Strategic Accounts team, etc.) to ensure that all client requirements and/or requests are promptly met
Contribute to maintaining a team culture that is open, communicative and collaborative
Support broader distribution initiatives in the region and globally
Carry out other duties as assigned
