What Drives Success

The Marketing Automation Specialist will join the Lennox Residential Marketing Operations team to help optimize our growing email program

 

Key areas of the role:

  • Build, execute, and optimize end-to-end email campaigns using marketing automation platforms, including audience segmentation, personalization, testing, and deployment
  • Project-manage campaign buildouts by coordinating timelines, requirements, and execution across marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery
  • Collaborate with internal business customers (Product, Sales, Stores) to define campaign requirements
  • Provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders to improve campaign effectiveness

 

Job description/duties:

  • Set and enforce email and SMS operations guidelines (scheduling, intake, process) with the marketing operations team and internal stakeholders. Manage campaign schedules, approvals, and quality assurance checks.
  • Oversee smooth execution of email marketing and SMS campaigns, including setup, testing, and deployment.
  • Proactively meet with stakeholders to understand project details, identify requirements, next steps, and delivery timelines.
  • Partner with internal execution and channel teams (promotions, digital tools, product, etc.) on the implementation of the email & SMS within their go-to-market plan, including setting personalization, automation, and test strategies with the marketing operations channel management before launch.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, in-house and agency creative teams to support direction of email and landing pages that adhere to brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with IT and BI teams to ensure customer data is properly integrated and available to support segmentation and automated journey triggers.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend email and SMS optimizations, effectiveness, and insights and guidelines.
  • Ensure email marketing compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM), Lennox terms and conditions, and industry standards.
  • Work autonomously and handle your workload to meet deadlines and quality expectations, while also thriving in a close-knit team environment that relies on open communication to fuel improvements and collaboration.

What We Are Looking For

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience executing campaigns with Marketing Automation Platforms
  • 3+ years’ experience in planning and gathering business requirements specifically for marketing, product, digital and sales orgs
  • 3+ years of experience developing lifecycle programs (including segmentation, strategy, and multi-channel activation (email, push, SMS, in-app, digital, etc.)
  • Experience developing and executing tests, POCs and showing data driven decisions
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail as well as excellent spelling, grammar, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (ideally in Business, Marketing, or related field) is preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is preferred

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $88,000 - $115,500 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
