Join us as a Executive - Safety & Health Your main responsibilities The primary purpose of the role is to ensure comprehensive safety of all staff, particularly fitters and service technicians, by enforcing safety standards and company-specific guidelines. This involves conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and accident investigations to identify hazards and implement corrective measures. Conduct in-depth safety audits at various operational sites, focusing on fitters and service technicians, to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with international safety standards and company-specific guidelines.

  • Perform detailed risk assessments for installations and operational activities, implementing corrective measures to mitigate safety risks and enhance the working environment for fitters and service technicians.
  • Lead comprehensive accident investigations, document findings, and develop actionable recommendations to prevent recurrence and contribute to the continuous improvement of safety protocols and practices.
  • Deliver safety training programs to employees at all levels, emphasizing best practices, emergency response procedures, and the correct use of personal protective equipment to ensure a well-informed and safety-conscious workforce.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations by updating safety policies and procedures, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring all staff are aware of relevant legal requirements and internal standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers, managers, and external safety auditors to align safety objectives and implement industry best practices, fostering a culture of safety and accountability within the organization.
  • Engage with regulatory bodies and industry associations to stay informed on the latest safety regulations and standards, ensuring the company's safety programs are updated and aligned with national and international requirements.
