Manages accounting of local and external warehouses' inventory and conducts periodic audits.
Develop inventory control methods and procedures that ensure accountability of stocks and minimize losses.
Works with the team to conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts at locations in the plant.
Complete and supervise inventory changes via SAP.
Conducts in-depth research to reconcile inventory discrepancies in SAP and physical inventory to
maintain accuracy, including production orders, warehouse movements, and intercompany stock transfers.
Conduct corrective actions and provide training or develop procedures in the areas needed.
Train/retrain the operators on the proper use of SAP as it pertains to inventory health.
Plan and develop training programs for employees.
Lead and supervise inventory coordinators.
Responsible for ensuring safety policy is adhered to.
