WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a creative, analytical, results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key contributor to our marketing team, this position will play a role in shaping and executing campaigns, both social and email, that drive engagement and measurable results. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will create, manage, and monitor online content and campaigns across social channels in partnership with the manager. Additionally, they will lead the charge in analyzing campaign performance, crafting detailed reports, and presenting actionable insights to optimize future strategies for stakeholders. This position will also oversee video asset creation and reputation management for the parent brand, as well as for all our communities. We are seeking an individual with a comprehensive understanding of B2C social media marketing campaigns.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Social Media Coordination
- Draft and/or coordinate posting on corporate social feeds.
- Responsible for monthly social media reporting and analytics.
- Create content calendar for community social feeds.
- Responsible for community social media support and guidance on content creation for social media.
- Facilitate regular training on social media for community team members alongside Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator.
- Assist with community reputation management as required, monitoring brand reputation across all digital media and online marketing platforms.
Content Creation
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team on content creation for brand channels (photography and videography) for use on social media and other marketing channels.
- Assist digital team with corporate and prospective resident emails and email automations.
- Partner with Residential Marketing Coordinator with creation of content library, both in Canva and Sharepoint.
- Support creation of content in Canva, as needed.
- Staying on top of trends in the multifamily industry.
Vendor and Departmental Collaboration
- Attend community and corporate events to gather insights, talking points and visual content.
- Collaborate with internal and external team members to align with broader company goals.
- Work in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications team on campaign development.
- Encourage and build positive relationships with team members, customers, agencies and vendors.

JOB KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Knowledge of and experience with current popular social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Ability to keep thorough and accurate records and report on social media and campaign performance and analytics.
- Competence with technology, including Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in fast-paced environments
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
