Job Description
- Maintain cleanliness of all community common areas in accordance with internal quality control standards
- Ensure sidewalks, alleyways, and parking areas are clean and free of trash and debris
- Perform daily audits of common areas and report findings to management
- Clean and/or touch-up vacant apartments
- Assist with apartment turnover process, as needed
- Maintain positive relationships with all team members and customers
- Contribute to community/company engagement efforts
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor
- Ability to communicate in written form
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Knowledge of chemicals/cleaners used in the cleaning profession and awareness of dangerous chemical interactions
- Knowledge of use and care of tools and equipment necessary to perform buildings custodial tasks
- Ability to lift and carry 80 pounds
