We are seeking an energetic and service driven Front Desk Agent to join a dynamic luxury hospitality environment where guest experience, wellbeing, and a vibrant lifestyle are at the core of the brand. This role is key to delivering a seamless arrival and departure experience while ensuring every guest interaction reflects warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail.
As a central point of contact, you will manage check ins and check outs, respond to guest enquiries, and support the resolution of service issues with professionalism and care. You will actively engage with guests across the property to gather feedback, enhance satisfaction, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. A strong focus on upselling and maximizing room occupancy is essential, alongside maintaining accurate guest records, billing, and compliance with all operational procedures.
You will work closely with housekeeping, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations, timely room readiness, and accurate reporting. Attention to detail is critical, from managing guest preferences and reservations to ensuring all financial transactions and front office controls are handled with precision.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in a Front Office role within a luxury or boutique hotel
Strong guest service and communication skills with fluent English
Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem solving abilities
Professional presentation and a proactive, team oriented mindset
