With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the F&B team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai. Key Duties and Responsibilities Ensure all guests receive personalized and high-quality service. Handle VIP guests and special requests professionally. Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively. Maintain 5-star service standards at all times. Monitor guest satisfaction scores and feedback. Manager in preparing annual operating budget. Supervise daily restaurant operations. Ensure proper table setup, hygiene, and ambiance. Coordinate with kitchen for smooth food service. Maintain service timing and quality control. Oversee opening and closing procedures. Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring staff. Conduct daily briefings and shift meetings. Ensure grooming and uniform standards. Monitor staff performance and productivity. Prepare duty rosters and manage scheduling. Monitor daily sales and revenue targets. Control food and beverage costs. Assist in budgeting and forecasting. Handle cash, billing, and POS systems. Prepare operational reports for management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain HACCP standards and food safety protocols. Conduct regular inspections for cleanliness. Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and brand standards. Skills Experience & Educational Requirements Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent guest handling abilities Knowledge of fine dining service styles Wine & beverage knowledge Conflict resolution skills Time management & multitasking Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards Worked in a luxury 5 star hotel for at least 2 years Excellent communication skills in English.
