Job Description
Responsible for managing a team of Global Process Owners and functional experts to administer business processes, introduce new Go-to-Market rollouts, streamline operations, and address system gap and issues in the Customer Entitlements Areas. Identify, develop and implement preventative actions towards reduction, if not elimination of manual rework. Lead workstream comprising cross functional teams to drive system & policy transformation. Strategize and build framework for management and business operations reporting, in conjunction with changes to systems & policies due to corporate initiatives.
