Effectively implement the company’s real estate objectives and the group strategy in coherence with market growth
Promote and maintain strong working relationships in the development and/or broker community
Negotiate all terms, conditions and economics by specific retail location that serve the best interests of the company which include new sites, extensions, renewals, kickouts, rents, opex, rent reductions, restoration works, resolving lease issues in conjunction with staff attorneys
Maintain a strong working relationship with pertinent internal departments (e.g. Operations, Legal, Design and Construction) to ensure timely completion of documents and lease related activities (e.g. openings, relocations, remodels and closures)
Present negotiated deals to the VP of Real Estate, SVP of Retail Services, Brand GM and Brand Senior Executives with a recommended course of action
Inform the company of activities within the shopping center and retail industry (e.g. center expansions, new malls, ownership changes, bankruptcies, acquisitions)
Make marketplace site visits to evaluate the retail environment, generate potential new company sites and locations or relocations and to enhance relationship
Manage leasing coordinators and related office responsibilities
