Food & Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the management of our culinary department which covers food for our event space for large-scale party rentals and/or company events, our restaurant, & snack zone. You will lead a team of talented event staff, including servers, kitchen staff, & other hospitality professionals, ensuring seamless execution & exceptional service. This role is pivotal in maintaining a vibrant, efficient, & safe environment, aligning with our commitment to delivering top-tier entertainment experiences. Strong communication skills, effective time management, & a dedication to excellence are essential. Experience in managing large events, particularly in food and beverage, such as wedding receptions & corporate gatherings, is highly desirable.
